NAVIGATE Retreat

Sestri Levante,
Northern Italian Riviera

September 27 to October 3, 2026

Six days on the Ligurian coast with nine other women who lead. We hike the trails of Sestri Levante, Camogli, Portofino, and Cinque Terre.

We eat where the food is grown.

The coaching happens out there, on the switchback, over aperitivo, on the boat, never in a conference room.

It's built so the work lands while your body is moving, which is why it's still with you long after you're home.

Here's exactly what the six days hold, what's included, and how to join.

Where we go

I've based us in Sestri Levante, a quiet town on the Ligurian coast, for six nights. From there we explore on foot and by boat and train: the cliffside paths of Cinque Terre, the walk into Camogli and up to San Rocco, San Fruttuoso by sea, and Portofino and Santa Margherita along the water.

Every route is chosen, every booking made, every coaching moment placed on purpose. You don't plan a thing. You just arrive ready to explore.

What's included

Once you arrive in Sestri Levante, nearly everything is taken care of:

  • Coaching every day, and never in a conference room: on the switchback, at the table, on the boat to San Fruttuoso, when nobody has anywhere to be.

  • Two private 1:1 coaching sessions with me: one 45-minute session before the retreat, and one 45 minutes after. The work doesn't start when you land or end when you fly home.

  • 10 hours of CME (AMA PRA Category 1™) and CE available (see below)

  • Six nights at Hotel Vis à Vis, in your own private, single-occupancy room. No roommate to find, no compromise. Choose a Garden Room with its own private garden, or a Classic Room with a balcony and partial sea view.

  • Coffee and breakfast every morning.

  • A welcome aperitivo at the rooftop Sky Bar, looking out over the bays.

  • A welcome dinner the first night at a favourite local spot, and a farewell gala dinner on the last, both including drinks.

  • Lunch in Camogli and lunch in Cinque Terre, with wine if you'd like it.

  • Real hikes through Sestri, Camogli, Portofino, and Cinque Terre. There will be uneven terrain, stairs, cobblestones, and elevation. Some Cinque Terre trails are weather-dependent and occasionally close to protect the land, so the route stays flexible.

  • A pesto-making class, with a wine tasting if you'd like one.

  • All the trains and boats we take together during the retreat.

  • Yoga and meditation on some mornings, outdoors when the weather allows.

What's not included

  • Getting to and from Sestri Levante (flights and trains). If you'd like help planning your travel, or a few days in Italy before or after, just ask. I'm glad to help you map it out.

  • A few meals, left open on purpose: two dinners in Sestri so you can wander, rest, or eat as a group if you'd like; one lunch in Portofino; and one lunch in Sestri on the last full day, so you have room to explore before the gala. I'm happy to make recommendations.

  • Travel insurance. I strongly recommend comprehensive coverage that includes emergency medical, trip cancellation, and trip interruption. It protects both your trip and you.

  • Shopping and souvenirs. Leave a little room in your suitcase.

I carry the logistics. You keep the agency.

You make decisions all day. It's the quiet tax of leading. For these six days, you won't make any. Where you sleep, where you walk, how you get from one town to the next, nearly every meal: handled, before you arrive.

That's not pampering. It's the point. Every ounce of bandwidth you'd spend deciding goes where you actually came to spend it.

Who this is for

This isn't a spa weekend, though the rooms are genuinely beautiful. The hikes are challenging, the coaching is real, and somewhere around day two you'll be a little uncomfortable. That's the part that works.

It's for the woman who's leading a team, a company, a room, or fighting her way toward it. She knows there's a shift she's been circling and hasn't had the space to make. Or she's stepping from one role into the next and can't quite see the ground yet.

If that's you, this starts with a conversation, not a checkout.
