You're not just burned out. You're boxed in.
One retreat. Ten Women. Six Days.
No ballroom, no slides, no box
Leadership retreats for women who don't stand still
You've tried the workshop.
The executive coach on Zoom.
The leadership retreat in a hotel ballroom where you swapped cards.
None of it moved you, because none of it moved you.
This is different.
Six days on the trails of the Italian Riviera with nine other women who lead, and coaching that happens on the trail,
not under fluorescent lights.
Insight comes faster on a steep grade than from a slide deck
Sitting under fluorescent lights watching slides go by doesn't change how you lead. It just drains you.
So we don't do that. I coach you on a switchback above the Ligurian Sea, when you're too winded to give the rehearsed answer and the real one comes out instead.
The breakthrough lands while your body's working, which is exactly why it's still with you on Monday, long after a workshop high would've worn off.

The most creative and powerful ideas are not created in a room...and that's the point.
Conventional leadership training teaches real skills: reading a financial statement, handling conflict. But it happens in boardrooms that drain you, and the insight evaporates the second you're back at your desk and the to-do list reclaims the day.
Even good coaching has this problem. A great coach can guide you to your own answers, but only if you keep doing the work, and continuing "the work" is the first thing to fall off the moment Monday hits.
So we changed where the work happens. The coaching isn't a session you attend and then leave behind. It happens on a switchback above the sea. Over aperitivo at a long table in Sestri Levante, with women who aren't competing with you. On the boat to San Fruttuoso, and over lunch at a vineyard in Monterosso after you've hiked in from Vernazza.
No projector. No round-table icebreaker. No fluorescent lights. The breakthroughs land while your body is moving, which is the reason they're still with you weeks later, when the people you lead start to feel the difference before you've said a word about it.
What six days actually hold
-
Challenging hikes through Cinque Terre, Camogli, and the hills of Sestri Levante, with coaching and mindfulness built in throughout, not just at the end.
-
Nine other women who lead whose names you'll actually know by Tuesday. Not two hundred strangers and a lanyard. The right ten women don't just keep you company. They sharpen each other
-
A pesto class with your hands in the mortar. A wine tasting at the vineyard where it's grown. A gala dinner. Connection that actually happens, not the kind you fake over bad conference coffee.
-
Morning yoga, free time, the sea. You're treated like a person, not a delegate with a name tag.

We take care of most of the hard things.
You make decisions all day. It's the quiet tax of leading. For six days, you won't make any. The trails, the boats and trains between towns, where you sleep, nearly every meal - all handled, before you arrive. A few meals and pockets of free time are yours to wander as you like.
That's not pampering. It's the point. Every ounce of bandwidth you'd burn deciding where to eat or how to get there goes where you actually came to spend it: on the trail, in the conversation, on the shift you've been circling.
Getting to Italy is the one thing on you. If you want to make a trip of it before or after, I'll help you plan that too. Once you arrive, you carry nothing but yourself up the hill.
This retreat isn't for everyone
It's not a spa weekend (but we do have luxurious accommodations.)
The hikes are challenging, the coaching is real, and somewhere around day two you'll be uncomfortable, and that's the part that works.
It's for the woman who's leading something - a team, a company, a room - or fighting her way toward it. She knows there's a shift she's been circling for a while and hasn't had the space to make. She already did the ballroom version and walked out exactly as boxed in as she walked in, and is done swapping business cards or social media handles and hoping to feel different.
If that's you, here's how it works:
How to join:
1
Book a connection call
Tell us where you're at, and what's got you boxed in.
2
We talk
We have a real conversation, and decide whether this is the right fit for you
3
You're in
If it's a fit, you choose your room, pay your deposit and your spot is held. Then, all you do is show up ready to explore.
